Founded
back in 1898 on the Alsace wine Road, Willm now owns 7 hectares of vineyards,
including the famous Clos Gaensbroennel.
Traditional
at heart, Willm brings a special care to the vine culture and winemaking
process, thanks to strict regulations standards.
Through its
sustainable vilticultural approach, high quality grapes and optimum
vinification conditions: Willm manages to keep a strong traditional know-how,
giving its wines expression and complexity and cuvées marked by a unique
terroir, with fruity notes and a lovely minerality. Willm wines are made for
gastronomy pleasures, to be enjoyed in pure conviviality.
Available
in the US since the end of prohibition, Willm is today one of the major Alsace
wine exporter on the North American continent, positioned as a leading
ambassador of Alsace wine traditions.
